What we actually use
Training Equipment We Recommend
These are the tools our coaches use in the workouts we write, and the ones we point clients to when they ask. Nothing here exists to fill out a list, if we would not put it in a program, it is not on this page.
How to use this page
Buy once, buy the right thing
Most home setups need far less than people expect. Start with what your program actually calls for, add only when a workout asks for something you do not have, and buy the durable version of the few things you will use every week.
01
Check your program first
Every workout and chart lists the equipment it needs. Buy against that list, not against a wishlist.
02
Start with the versatile pieces
Bands, a jump rope and one set of adjustable dumbbells cover more programming than any single machine.
03
Ask before you buy
Not sure whether something is worth it for your situation? Ask us, sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need it.

Everything below links out to the vendor. Prices and availability live on their site, not ours.
