REFUND POLICY

Outright Fitness LLC offers digital products and services (including app-based workouts/programs and downloadable PDFs) and may also offer physical products such as posters, booklets, and journals. This Refund Policy explains what is and is not eligible for refunds.
1) Digital Products (App Access, Workouts/Programs, PDFs)
All PDF downloads are non-refundable. Because PDFs are delivered instantly and can be saved permanently, we cannot offer refunds for PDF purchases once delivered.
App-based products and access (including training app access) are also generally non-refundable once access has been delivered. In rare cases where we confirm you could not access the app due to a verified technical issue on our side, we may provide an alternative solution at our discretion (for example, a PDF version of the same product).
Important note about ClickBank: Some purchases may be processed through ClickBank. In those cases, refund requests may be handled through ClickBank’s refund process and policies in addition to this policy.
2) Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Some offerings may be sold as subscriptions. All accounts are self-managed. You can log in at any time to update your subscription, including cancellations, to avoid future charges.
We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods or for failure to cancel before the next billing date.
3) Physical Products (Posters, Booklets, Journals, and Other Merchandise)
For physical products, we offer a standard 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in new, unused condition (and in its original packaging where applicable).
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable physical items:
- Items marked “final sale”
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Digital products (PDFs, app access, downloadable files)
Damaged or incorrect items: If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.
Return shipping: Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by payment provider.
