About Outright Fitness
Two Coaches. Sixteen Years. One Idea About Training.
Everything sold here comes out of programming we actually run with real people, not a content library assembled to look big. This is who builds it and how.
Who we are
The same two coaches since 2009
Outright Fitness is David Braswell and Erika Canales. Not a rotating staff, not a content team — the same two people who write the programs are the ones who have spent sixteen years coaching in person.
In that time we have worked with people aged 6 to 76: youth athletes finding their first bit of speed, high school players trying to make a roster, college and professional athletes, Olympians, and a great many adults who just wanted to move better and feel stronger — including plenty training around injuries, surgeries and schedules that do not cooperate.
That range is the reason the programming works the way it does. When you have coached a 14-year-old and a 70-year-old in the same afternoon, you stop believing there is one right way to train, and you start caring a lot about structure and progression.
Sixteen years
Coaching continuously since 2009 — a track, then a warehouse gym, now training systems anyone can follow.
Ages 6 to 76
Youth athletes, competitive athletes, and adults with real-world constraints.
Certified
Certified trainers and performance coaches who still train clients, not just write about it.
What we believe
Exercise ideas are easy to find. A plan you can follow is not.
Knowing exercises is not the same as knowing which movements belong together, what order to do them in, how often to train, or when to make something harder. That gap is where most people stall — not because they lack effort, but because nobody organised the work.
So we do not build products around having the most exercises. We build them around helping someone understand what to do, how to organise a session, and how to keep progressing after the first week.
Training does not need to feel brutal to work. What looks impressive is almost always the result of years of simple, consistent work done with intention and recovery. Everything here is built around that reality rather than against it.
The method
How every chart, workout and program gets built
The same three steps whether it is a printed wall chart or an eight-week program.
01
Start with a purpose
Every workout, program, chart and guide begins with a clear training focus and a specific person in mind.
02
Organise the work
Exercises are selected and paired to make a usable session — not collected to make the product look bigger.
03
Build in progression
Levels, options and longer structures keep the training useful well past the first session.
Most posters give you exercise ideas. Ours gives you a workout system.
