Remote Personal Training
Remote Coaching Service Agreement
What your coach provides each month, what sits outside that, and what we need from you. Written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
Your coach builds you a program, rebuilds it every four to six weeks, checks in weekly, and adjusts the plan when your circumstances change. Bigger jobs, a written nutrition plan, a second program, a full rebuild mid-block, a scheduled call, are available as add-ons. This summary is here to be helpful; the numbered sections below are the actual terms.
1. What this agreement covers
This agreement applies to the Remote Personal Training subscription between you and Outright Fitness LLC. It sits alongside the site terms and the training waiver you accept at purchase. Where this agreement and the product description differ, this agreement applies.
2. What your subscription includes each month
- One program block, rebuilt every four to six weeks based on what you completed and how it went.
- One revision of each new block, requested within seven days of the block being delivered.
- One check-in per week, answered within one business day.
- Adjustments to your current plan as your circumstances change, travel, injury, equipment, schedule.
- Two form-check videos per month, reviewed by your coach.
- Delivery in the training app, including exercise demonstrations and tracking.
Adjusting an existing plan is quick, and we would rather you asked than quietly stopped training. Rebuilding a plan from scratch is a different piece of work, which is why it happens on the four-to-six week cycle rather than on request.
3. What is not included
These are real services, available as add-ons rather than refused:
- A written nutrition plan. Your subscription includes nutrition accountability and guidance at your check-in. Written targets, structure or a meal plan is a separate product.
- A second concurrent program, where you are training for two things at once.
- A full rebuild inside a block, after a change large enough that the current plan no longer applies.
- Scheduled calls or video sessions.
- In-person coaching, testing or assessment.
- Medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or dietetic services of any kind.
4. What we need from you
- Accurate information about your training history, injuries, medical conditions and available equipment — before your first program and whenever it changes.
- Your workouts logged in the app. The rebuild is based on what you actually completed; without that, your coach is guessing.
- A reply at your weekly check-in. Coaching is a two-way arrangement and it stops working when one side goes quiet.
5. Health and safety
Your coach is a fitness professional, not a medical provider. Nothing provided under this agreement is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a qualified medical professional before starting or changing how you train, particularly if you have a known condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury or surgery.
Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or anything that feels wrong. Tell your coach about any injury or medical change as soon as it happens so the plan can be adjusted. You are responsible for training within your own limits and for the environment you train in.
6. Communication
Coaching is delivered asynchronously through the app and by message. Your coach replies to check-ins and questions within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent at a weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next business day.
Same-day turnaround is not part of the service, and coaching does not include an emergency or on-call channel.
7. Billing and renewal
Remote Personal Training is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. The current price is shown on the product page; we will tell you at least 30-days in advance of any change and it will only apply from your next renewal.
8. Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your coaching continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Programs already delivered in the app remain yours.
We do not offer a paused or holding subscription. If you need to stop for a while, an injury, a busy season, travel, cancel and start again when you are ready. Tell your coach what changed when you come back and they will pick it up from there.
9. Refunds
Remote Personal Training is non-refundable, including part-months and months you did not use. Coaching is a service delivered by a person: the program is built, the time is spent, and it cannot be returned.
You always control what you spend. Cancel before your next renewal date and you are not billed again. If you are unsure whether coaching fits your situation, ask a coach before you buy, they will tell you honestly, and sometimes the answer is the Workout Library instead.
10. Your program is yours to use
Programs, plans and materials are provided for your own personal use. They remain the intellectual property of Outright Fitness LLC. Please do not resell, publish or distribute them, or use them to coach other people.
11. Ending the agreement from our side
We may end a coaching arrangement if a client is abusive to a coach, repeatedly unreachable, or if we conclude that coaching is not appropriate for their situation, including where a medical issue means they should be working with a clinician instead. Where we end it, we will refund the unused portion of the current month.
12. Changes to this agreement
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes apply from your next renewal rather than immediately.
