Quick Coaching Cues
- Make sure the arms are moving in rhythm with the hops.
- Stay on the balls of the foot.
- Hop for quickness and rhythm, not vertical height.
Common Mistakes
- Landing flat-footed
- Arms not moving in coordination with the hops
