We’ve owned and operated a professional training facility for over a decade, working with athletes and individuals of every age and ability, from unathletic 10-year-olds learning coordination, to college athletes chasing scholarships, to 75-year-olds rebuilding strength.

Training is both a science and an art.
AI can generate a list of exercises, but it can’t motivate a nervous 12-year-old over a video call, adjust form based on years of hands-on coaching, or know what real progress feels like in a live session.
