What This Program Is
A complete 6-week athletic development program built for baseball and softball athletes who want to improve strength, sprint mechanics, acceleration, top speed, mobility, and explosive power.
This program includes gym-based strength workouts, sprint warm-ups, acceleration workouts, and top speed workouts. It can be followed as a full program or used alongside your current training by selecting the workouts that best match your needs, schedule, equipment, and training environment.
Weekly Structure
6 weeks | 3 main training days per week | Progress Tracking Included
Day 1: Gym Day 1 + Sprint Warm-Up + Top Speed Option 1, 2, or 3
Day 2: Gym Day 2
Day 3: Gym Day 3 + Sprint Warm-Up + Acceleration Option 1 or 2
Notes: Day 2 and Day 3 do not have to be completed on back-to-back days. For example, you can train on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Top Speed and Acceleration options are variations. Choose the option that matches the space, equipment, or environment you have access to.
If you only have time for one speed workout, choose a Top Speed workout. If you only have time for one strength workout, choose Gym Day 1 or Gym Day 3.

Equipment Needed
Basic gym access and outdoor training space recommended. Typical equipment may include: dumbbells, barbells, an exercise bench, cable machine or bands, mini hurdles, and access to turf, grass, track, or open sprint space.
