  • Stand with tall.
  • Knee up, feet to the hips.
  • Coordinate the arms, opposite arm with the opposite leg.
  • Contact the ground from the mid-foot.

Common Mistakes

  • Not coordinating the arms.
  • Landing flat-footed.
