  • Coordinate the arms with the jumps.
  • Drive the knee up toward the hips.
  • Push off and land mid-foot.

Common Mistakes

  • Not resetting the arms back in the air.
  • Not driving the knees up.
  • Pointing the toes. Keep the ankle flexed.
