Quick Coaching Cues

  • Keep hips high off the ground.
  • Don’t rush the movement.
  • Flex the hip to around 90-degrees.

Common Mistakes

  • Allowing the hips to drop.
  • Moving too quickly. Slow it down a bit. Keep the glutes engaged.
