Youth Athletic Coordination V1 gives parents and coaches a simple, repeatable workout that teaches kids how to coordinate their upper and lower body to create power and speed. Using simple foundational movements organized in circuits, young athletes learn basic sprint mechanics, balance, rhythm, and body control.
Researchers describe a “theoretical window” during pre-puberty when kids are especially primed to develop neuromuscular connections and coordination more easily than at older, more developed ages. This workout is built to help take advantage of that stage by giving them structured reps of quality movement, not just random activity.
This workout is designed to be repeated 1–2 times per week for 6–8 weeks so kids can gradually develop better running form, landing mechanics, and overall athletic coordination. It’s a great fit for youth who want and need to develop more athletically.
