Purpose: General full body conditioning. Hips, shoulders, upper back and calves.

Quick Coaching Cues

  • Sit tall near the front of the chair with your core braced.
  • Open your arms out and hop the legs apart and back together.
  • Try to contact the ground from the mid-foot/balls of the feet.
  • Keep your chest up.

Common Mistakes

  • Slouching or leaning back instead of staying tall.
  • Moving too fast and losing coordination.
  • Letting the knees cave in or feet drag instead of opening out with control.
