  • Feet hip width apart
  • Quick hops
  • Light-medium weight

Common Mistakes

  • Bending the knees too much. Only bend the knees to about a quarter squat depth.
  • Pushing off and landing flat-footed. Contact the ground at the mid-foot (balls of the feet).
