Strength for Speed V1 Phase 3 transitions you from general strength to full-body power, helping athletes translate gym strength into on-field, on-court, or on-track performance. This phase emphasizes rate of force production, reactive plyometrics, and movement efficiency to maximize acceleration and top-end speed.

 

It’s ideal for soccer, football, baseball, softball, and track athletes or any athlete looking to take the next step in speed, power, and explosive athletic performance.

 

The program includes three structured workouts: Lower Body Strength–Power, Upper Body Strength–Power, and Plyometrics. These are pre-scheduled in your app training calendar but can be completed in any order, giving you flexibility while maintaining structure and progression.

 

This phase remains joint-friendly for athletes who prefer not to load the spine with heavy barbell movements, while emphasizing speed, reactivity, and controlled power output through an intelligently structured power development approach.
