Quick Coaching Cues
- Out-Out In-In is one rep.
- Sit tall with your core braced.
- Start with feet together. Take one small step to the side with each foot, then take return to the starting position.
- Try to contact the ground at the mid-foot/balls of the feet.
- Keep your chest up and move from the hip, not by twisting your torso.
- Move with as much speed as you can maintain control and good form.
Common Mistakes
- Slouching or leaning side to side during the movement.
- Contacting flat-footed.
- Stepping out too far.
