Purpose: Upper body strength. Shoulders and upper back.

Quick Coaching Cues

  • Sit tall near the front of the chair with your core braced and chest up.
  • Hold your arms out to the sides at shoulder height and make small controlled circles.
  • Keep your shoulders down and move smoothly without shrugging.

Common Mistakes

  • Slouching or leaning back in the chair.
  • Making the circles too big and losing control.
  • Shrugging the shoulders up or letting the arms drop.
