Chair Seated Backward Side Arm Rotations
Purpose: Upper body strength. Shoulders and upper back.
Quick Coaching Cues
- Sit tall near the front of the chair with your core braced and chest up.
- Hold your arms out to the sides at shoulder height and make small controlled circles.
- Keep your shoulders down and move smoothly without shrugging.
Common Mistakes
- Slouching or leaning back in the chair.
- Making the circles too big and losing control.
- Shrugging the shoulders up or letting the arms drop.
