Purpose: General conditioning. Seated plyometrics. Coordination. Ankle and foot strength.
Quick Coaching Cues
- Sit tall near the front of the chair with your core braced.
- Extend one leg at a time until the knee is straight, then lower with control.
- Keep your chest up and alternate smoothly without leaning back.
Common Mistakes
- Slouching or leaning too far back in the chair.
- Landing heavy instead of keeping the movement light and quick.
- Letting the feet separate too much or losing rhythm.
