Chair Seated Alternating Leg Extensions
Purpose: General leg strength. Quadriceps.
Quick Coaching Cues
- Sit tall near the front of the chair with your core braced.
- Extend one leg at a time until the knee is straight, then lower with control.
- Keep your chest up and alternate smoothly without leaning back.
Common Mistakes
- Slouching or rounding through the upper body.
- Swinging the leg up instead of controlling the extension.
- Locking out hard or dropping the foot too fast between reps.
