Quick Coaching Cues
- Move the opposite arm with your opposite leg.
- Push-off and contact the ground from the balls of your foot.
- Maintain a tall upright posture.
Common Mistakes
- Moving same arm with the same side leg.
- Pushing off and landing flat footed.
