Chair Seated Alternating Jack Kickouts

Purpose: General full body conditioning. Coordination.

Quick Coaching Cues

  • Sit tall near the front of the chair with your core braced.
  • Extend one leg at a time and coordinate with a raise of both arms out to your side, then lower with control.
  • Keep your chest up and alternate smoothly without leaning back too much.

Common Mistakes

  • Slouching or rounding through the upper body.
  • Dropping the feet hard during the leg extensions. Just lightly tap.
  • Rushing the movement.
