Chair Seated Alternating Jack Kickouts
Purpose: General full body conditioning. Coordination.
Quick Coaching Cues
- Sit tall near the front of the chair with your core braced.
- Extend one leg at a time and coordinate with a raise of both arms out to your side, then lower with control.
- Keep your chest up and alternate smoothly without leaning back too much.
Common Mistakes
- Slouching or rounding through the upper body.
- Dropping the feet hard during the leg extensions. Just lightly tap.
- Rushing the movement.
