Purpose: Core strength and trunk mobility.

Quick Coaching Cues

  • Sit tall with your core braced and feet flat on the floor.
  • Rotate through your torso side to side with control.
  • Keep your chest up and move smoothly instead of rushing.

Common Mistakes

  • Slouching or rounding through the lower back.
  • Swinging the arms instead of rotating through the trunk.
  • Twisting too fast and losing control.
