Purpose: Core strength and trunk mobility.
Quick Coaching Cues
- Sit tall with your core braced and feet flat on the floor.
- Rotate through your torso side to side with control.
- Keep your chest up and move smoothly instead of rushing.
Common Mistakes
- Slouching or rounding through the lower back.
- Swinging the arms instead of rotating through the trunk.
- Twisting too fast and losing control.
