  • Stay tall and keep the skips quick and low to the ground.
  • Drive your arms naturally and keep a smooth forward rhythm.
  • Land softly on the balls of your feet with control.

Common Mistakes

  • Not coordinating your arms with the skips.
  • Popping too high instead of keeping the skips low and quick.
  • Landing heavy and losing rhythm.
  • Letting posture collapse instead of staying tall and balanced.
