- Complete for your desired distance, then jog or walk back and repeat.
- Stay tall and keep the movement light and rhythmic as you travel backward.
- Drive your arms naturally and push off the ground with quick contacts.
- Keep your eyes forward and land softly under control.
Common Mistakes
- Leaning too far back and losing balance.
- Landing heavy instead of staying quick and springy.
- Taking skips that are too big and losing rhythm or coordination.
