Quick Coaching Cues

  • Keep legs at a 90-degree bend.
  • Keep core engaged throughout the movement.
  • Keep arms out to your side, palms down to brace against the ground for control and stability.

Common Mistakes

  • Not using the arms to brace against the ground.
  • Moving too fast. Slow it down and control the movement.
  • Not completing the full range of motion. Rotate the legs all the way to each side.
