Purpose: Rotational core strength.
Quick Coaching Cues
- Keep legs at a 90-degree bend.
- Keep core engaged throughout the movement.
- Keep arms out to your side, palms down to brace against the ground for control and stability.
If this is too easy, try the regular version.
Common Mistakes
- Not using the arms to brace against the ground.
- Moving too fast. Slow it down and control the movement.
- Not completing the full range of motion. Rotate the legs all the way to each side.
