  • Contact the ground mid-foot/balls of the feet.
  • Coordinate and use arms with the leg movements.
  • Move as quick as you can maintain control and good form.

Common Mistakes

  • Landing flat-footed.
  • Not using the arms.
  • Not moving with quickness and intent.
