Purpose: Trunk mobility.

Quick Coaching Cues

  • Sit tall with your core braced and feet flat on the floor.
  • Reach overhead and across with control. Hold the end position for 2-3 seconds.
  • Keep your chest up and move smoothly instead of rushing.

Common Mistakes

  • Slouching or rounding through the lower back.
  • Not reaching across enough.
  • Not holding the end positions and rushing.
