Purpose: Trunk mobility.
Quick Coaching Cues
- Sit tall with your core braced and feet flat on the floor.
- Reach overhead and across with control. Hold the end position for 2-3 seconds.
- Keep your chest up and move smoothly instead of rushing.
Common Mistakes
- Slouching or rounding through the lower back.
- Not reaching across enough.
- Not holding the end positions and rushing.
