Chair Supported Split Squat Overhead Reach
Purpose: Trunk and hip mobility.
Quick Coaching Cues
- Hold the chair as needed for balance.
- Front foot flat, back heel off the ground.
- Both knees bent.
- Push the hips forwards into a stretch and hold for 3-5 seconds.
Common Mistakes
- Not keeping both knees bent.
- Not pushing the hips forwards into a stretch.
- Not holding the end position long enough, 3-5 seconds.
