Quick Coaching Cues

  • Hold the chair as needed for balance.
  • Front foot flat, back heel off the ground.
  • Both knees bent.
  • Push the hips forwards into a stretch and hold for 3-5 seconds.

Common Mistakes

  • Not keeping both knees bent.
  • Not pushing the hips forwards into a stretch.
  • Not holding the end position long enough, 3-5 seconds.
