Quick Coaching Cues

  • Stand tall and brace your core before each rep.
  • Lift the knee/leg up to the side as you crunch the same-side elbow down.
  • Balance on the stance leg and move with control.

Common Mistakes

  • Leaning or collapsing through the standing side.
  • Swinging the leg up instead of using the core.
  • Rushing the movement and losing balance.
